Job Title: Organizational Development and Talent Development Specialist

Briefly describe your involvement in 4-H. I attended a 4-H camp once as a kid on Cape Cod. 
Briefly describe your involvement in agriculture. Our family has raised a small number of chickens in the past. 
Where did you grow up? I grew up on Cape Cod, MA. In the summer, it was great because there were beaches all around and tourists that visited the ice cream shop where I worked.

What is your favorite song or artist? U2 has had a big influence on me. I can let out my emotion when listening to them, and many of their songs are very nostalgic to me.
What is your favorite app and why? I enjoy exploring language-learning apps, because that is one of my primary hobbies.
What is your favorite season? My favorite season is the summer, even though it feels hotter and sweatier now than even when I lived in South Carolina. I love the sunshine on my face, lighter clothes and lingering days of light.
Tell us about your hobbies. I enjoy learning languages. I sometimes wonder where that's headed, but for now, I just follow the desire.
What is your favorite place you've ever visited? I enjoyed living in Hawaii during college. The experiences I had there had a profound impact on my direction at the time.
What was your dream job as a child? I remember I wanted to play saxophone and sing on a stage. 
How has Farm Credit helped you with your career/professional development? I had been developing eLearning for ten years before getting the opportunity to expand and try other types of things in Human Resources in addition to developing eLearning courses.
What would you sing at Karaoke night? Right now, I like to sing the song "Desert Rose" by Sting. It's a little monotonous, but just sounds so cool to me.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? I’d like to have the ability to visit heaven at will.
Where are you going from here? Looking for inspiration, and hopeful for wonderful adventures.
